Return Policy

10% Restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery of your item.

10% restocking fee on all replacement parts.

Espresso machines will only be accepted if they have not been used and must be returned with all parts and documents.

Espresso machine parts, which are electronic may not be returned.

International Orders: 

Cerini’s is not responsible for shipping fees regarding international orders.

Cerini’s is not responsible for customs or duties charged by the receiving country. 

Returns can be made with 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. 

Refund Time-Frame:

For orders that have not been shipped yet, a refund will be issued within 48 hrs. Normally the refund is immediate. 

For returns. Once your order has been received at the warehouse, the refund will be applied within 24 hrs.
